We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as long as they are issued by one of the above credit card companies.

Please check with your FSA/HSA administrator to ensure you are able to use this card for psychotherapy payments. These accounts are not intended to be used for no-show fees.

Counseling for Professionals is not in-network with any insurance providers. We are considered an “out-of-network provider” for all insurances. 

Superbills are receipts for services paid out of pocket. You can request a superbill via email: admin@counselingforprofessional.com.

Please provide the specific dates of service. These documents will be sent out at the beginning of the month for the previous month.

Notice in accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective 1/1/2022:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
